How do I stop the EULA appearing when I open an Office 2003 app?

I have just installed Office 2003 on an XP Pro HP laptop. The EULA appears
whenever I open any app. The product is activated.

How do I stop it?

Contact HP, the EULA needs to be accepted by THE administrator.
