how do I stop the excel spreadsheet from scrolling to the right

When ever I open the office home & student 2007 Excel spread sheet, it starts
to scroll to the right and I cannot stop it. How can I get it to stop

Any chance that your keyboard (especially one of the right arrows) is stuck?

Or the mouse is bad?
