How do I stop word attachments from opening with an email header

I have a user that receives Word attachments in Outlook. When they open the
file it opens with the email To: Cc: Bcc: header like a normal email. When I
open this file it opens as a normal Word file. How do I disable this feature
or problem?

You should be able to toggle off the email header by going to
File/Send To/Mail Recipient. There's also an E-Mail command in the
Standard toolbar you can use to toggle it off.
