How do I stop word Printing Headers and Footers

Our Company information is held in the Header and Footer, I want to print on
our pre-printed posh paper and therefore turn off printing for the header and
footer.

Hi Simon

Delete the headers and footers.

If you want to be able to switch between the two formats, then a better
solution will be to mark them with 'hidden' text font, or use an "IF" field
(this would be the only way to switch a floating graphic)

Once you have a solution that works for you, you could create a macro to
make the switch (and set the printer perhaps).
