How do I store and then add a fixed string to email?

Win7 SP1 Outlook10.

Is there some way to store, select and then add a
small message to the foot of an email such as:

"No need to reply"

"Any Queries? Ring xxxxxxxxxxx NOW"

like in the Word2010 "Quickparts"?
