If I insert some audio in presentation, PP makes path to that file. How can I
insert that audio in the presentation?

Only WAV files can be embedded in a presentation. If you have a WAV file,
it must be smaller than the limit to embed. Fortunately, you can set the
limit. Go to the Tools menu and choose options. On the General tab, you can
change the setting for "Links sounds with file size greater than." Set that
to 50000KB and then almost any WAV sound will be embedded.

I guess you mean embedding the sound into the presentation?
If so, you can only embed sound in wav format.
If you are using other format, you can also try to convert the music into
wav format using sound convertor such CDex (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cdexos/ )

Check "Quick Fix for WAV Sounds" on how to embed the sound and conversion
from mp3 to wav:

See if it helps.
