How do I stretch/skew/bend a complex shape

R

Robin

I have a filled rectangle with circular holes in it.

How can I stretch the rectangle into a parallelogram with
the holes distorted proportionally?

Similar: How can I stretch the rectangle into a trapezoid
(vanishing point perspective) with the holes distorted
proportionally.

I have looked in Visio help under skew, stretch,
perspective, vanishing point, reshape, and others and
found nothing. All other tools I have used can do it.

Thanks,
Robin

I don't believe what you are looking to do is possible in Visio, although it
sure would be nice! I asked about something similar a long time ago and got
no answer. Visio is not really an illustration program like Illustrator,
Corel Draw or Canvas; its tools in that area are fairly rudimentary. You
may have to create true isometric figures in another program and bring them
into Visio if you need the additional functionality Visio provides.
