how do i switch off template help in microsoft excel?

template help stays open on the right side of the screen. If I close it...it
opens again when I open another page.

I believe...
Tools - Options - View, uncheck "show startup task pane"

Help>Online Content Settings.

Uncheck "Show Template Help etc."
