How do I switch user profiles?

I have both a personal and a work profile that I would like to see at the
time. They require separate calendars and email inboxes. I've figured out
how to set up a new user profile for the work account, and it's working
perfectly. Now the only problem is that I'd like to view both at once. Is
that possible, and if so, how do I do it?
