how do I sychronize my Palm calendar with outlook express?

I am setting up Outlook in the office and I need to be able to download my
calendar from my Palm to outlook, any suggestions

I use "pocketmirror" it works very well. i did have intellisynclite, but it
never worked very well. you can purchase it from handango.com i am very
glad i did it has worked well for me.
