I have a Samsung Delve phone with a USB cable. The Alltel woman I spoke with
said it (the USB cable/telephone) could be used to sync the phone with Office
products, but that I would have get the software for this from Microsoft. So
I'm trying to find the sync software that Alltel indicated was available from
Microsoft.
:
Let's start back a few steps. What are you trying to do?

Alltel does not provide sync software.
Their representative indicated I could download it from Microsoft since I
have Microsoft Office.
Is that possible or not.
:
Sync software is usually provided with the actual phone, as to which
software, it depends on the phone model
since they told me - they think it's true. They could not give me info
on
where to find it. Can you?
:
Did you ask Alltel that question?

I was told by my cell phone provider (Alltel) that I need an "mobile
office
Sync" file in order to sync info from my cell to computer. Is this
true
and
where do I get it?
