How do I sync Micrsoft Outlook to a Blackberry 8310?

I am trying to export data that includes calendar and contacts from Microsoft
Outlook 2003 to a BlackBerry 8310.

There's a program on the CD that came with the blackberry to do that, and
directions, too. If you don't have it you can download it from the
blackberry web site.
