How do I sync multiple sharepoint sites with Project Server 2003

I'd like to sync multiple sharepoint sites with our users in our MS Project
Server 2003. We do this on a regular basis when there are new users that
join our group over time. Is there a convenient way to do so without having
to initiate it one by one from the Admin web console?

If there is no convenient way, then which stored procedure can I call/run
manually?
