How do I sync my hotmail to my Blackberry handset

I just want to be able to view my Outlook Hotmail on my Blackberry 7100t, and

You may want to ask this in a Hotmail, or Outlook newsgroup. Asking in an
Access database newsgroup is unlikely to yield many answers.
