How do I sync my previous Outlook Express to this current Version

I just installed Microsoft Office on my computer and cannot download my email
account (outlook express) to this current version. I also cannot get into my
email contacts and addresses.....Please advise

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database program.

Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever Windows program you are using.
I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version number in the message.
