How do I sync Outlook Mail with ipod touch

I want to send and receive my work account to my ipod touch. I need to see
all the email (sent, drafts, etc), not just new ones.

Check your iTunes settings. That's what controls all aspects of the
synching. Outlook doesn't know anything about it.
