How do I sync outlook sub contacts with my pda

I have a palm tungsten E and am having problems with the pda picking up my
sub-contacts from my microsoft XP.

Have no idea what a "sub-contact is, but this is an ACCESS newsgroup. We
help people build Microsoft Access databases.
