How do I synchornize all e-mail, contacts, settings, etc. in Outlook 2000?

I have Outlook 2000 running on two Windows XP computers. I would like to
keep all my Outlook 2000 e-mail, contacts, calendar, notes, journals, etc.
synchronized between both computers. I would like find out what I need to
backup and restore between these two computers to keep them current.
