how do I synchronise outlook between different computers?

I have an Exchange Outlook 2003 account at one site of work. I wish to be
able to synchronsie this to a different outlook exchanfge (using Outlook
2000) on a diferent network. Is this possible?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you have Exchange, you can use offline
files/cached mode in your profile so you can access your data while offline.
You can't sync two Exchange mailboxes, if that's what you're asking.
