how do i synchronize my laptops outlook express

I have 2no laptops but when I open emails on either laptop the over laptop
does not receive that email.

You would ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup, not Outlook.

Set both mail clients to leave mail on the server and to delete it when its
deleted from outlook.
