How do I synchronize Outlook 2007 with my blackberry?

I am trying to synchronize Outlook 2007 with my laptop and my blackberry so
they mirror each other on email and calendars. Can you help?

Tech support for your cell carrier should be able to guide you. I'm with
Sprint and I went to www.Blackberry.com and found the latest desktop software
download. It works beautifully.
