how do i syncronise from my iphone

I bought an iphone all my contacts are saved on it how do i tell outlook to
syncronyse with it plese help me????

Question number two is that my system is crashing anytime i want to
syncronise pictures or videos using ittunes, what shal i do? i am using vista
home edition 32bit
