how do i syncronise outlook on 2 computers via a network cable

Hello I am using xp pro with xp office on my home pc and xp home with xp
office on my laptop. When they are networked via a cable I would like to
easly syncronise the emails (in and out) and the calender. do I need another
program? Any help much appreciated
