How do I syncronize my Blackberry 7290 with my Outlook 2003? I need to move
contacts and calendaring between the two.

Any recommendations? Blackberry is didn't send an directions with the unit,
and Outlook doesn't have a solution on help.

Are there any downloads, patchs or other things I need to sync? I'm no tech
guru, so please plain english.
