How do I take a picture from an email and make it my wallpaper?

How do I take a picture from an email and make it my wallpaper? My display
settings do not give me the option to pull it from my photos.

Although this is not the forum for this (this group deals with Microsoft
database program, Access) I'll answer this. Open the picture, right click
and you will see an option to set it as your background.
