how do I take a word database and use it in access

I have a data base in word and i want to put into an access database, is
this possible

Copy and paste it into Excel and then import the spreadsheet into Access.
If you need to do this on a regular basis rather than just once, you'll need
to write OLE code to automate Word and extract the data from it.
