How do I take back an email message which was already sent, but h.

I've used this feature in the past, but can't remeber how I did it. Does
anyone know how to pull back a sent email which hasn't been read? I want to
do this because I spoke to the person to whom it was sent (they don't have
access to that email address at the moment) and already told them what was
written in the email.

Open up the message in you sent folder.
Click Action and Recall Message.

P.S. You can only perform this action if you mailbox is on an exchange
server and not a POP account.

As the other reply says, you need Exchange for this, and a very specific set
of circumstances to make it work at all. That said, it rarely works even
then.
