Best is to use a third party anti-spam tool like from MailWasher or McAfee
or upgrade to Outlook 2003 which has a built in Junk E-mail Filter. With
Outlook 2000 you are basically fighting spam with Wizard Rules and unless
you receive very little spam or spam from always the same senders it is a
fight you are going to loose.
