How do I toggle an action for a shape?

The default shape of a toggle switch indicates that right-clicking will
switch the state of the switch from on to off. How does one program shapes
to do this? I created a DPDT switch shape that I want to perform this action
but have spent hours trying to do it, and looking for info on how to do it.

Ideas guys?
