How do I track clients, projects, salesman, and time per project?

I need a time sheet type of application for our Design department that can
track the amount of time each Designer spends on a project (Quote). The
following is what I need to track and compare in an Excel type spreadsheet
environment...
Designer
Project (Quote)
Salesman
Client
Time per Quote
