'I'm trying to handover complete control of a website I constructed to
another party. He has a fully functioning copy on his hard drive (all
functions work in preview in browser') and he has the correct username and
password. When he tries to publish changes to the website the URL is simply
not recognised. He does not get as far as the username and password box. He
can however gain access to the website control panel.
