How do I transfer addresses from express to outlook 2003

I have been using Outlook Express and now have Outlook 2003 Professional. Hod
do I transer all my addresses rather than typing them all in contact? Thank

From the File menu in Outlook select Import/Export and follow the wizard to
import the address book

In Outlook, go to File-Import and Export-Import Internet Mail and
Addresses-Outlook Express (UNCHECK "import Mail and Rules")-Next
