How do I transfer all my email old messages from my old computer .

Search for a rather large file with a PST extension possibly called
Outlook.pst. Copy it, ensure it is not set to read-only, open it and copy
the messages over.

Outlook saves mail in .pst files.

All you need to do is find the .pst file/s you have been using and copy them
to the new PC
The open them and copy the mail acroos or keep using the same .pst, its up
to you.

To find where your .pst file/s are

Right click the top of your folder tree-select properties.
Click the Advanced button
Look at the filename, that is the file that mail is in.
If you have more than one set of folders then do the same for each.
