how do I transfer business contacts from one computer to another

Help! I have just set up a new system and need to transfer my business
contacts from within Outlook from the old system to the new. The old system
is no longer connected to the internet.. Thanks!

You backup your data base on the old system, copy the backup zip file
to the new system, and restore it.
