how do I transfer e-mail addresses from a document

I am a new convert to Outlook, however, I have lost my way. My manager
e-mailed me a list of e-mails. Is there anyway to transfer those e-mails
into my address book?

It would be harder to do it in Microsoft Access, hon. Suggest you post a
question in the Outlook newsgroup.
