in my new workplace. Struggling! Any help would be appreciated...

You need to connect to the Exchange server and export from the pst file to
your Exchange mailbox. AFAIK.....
As an aside, are these two different companies? Do you have permission to
take emails from one to the other?

Outlook Web Access (OWA) is not an e-mail client so you can't store any
information in it. It is an access method via HTTP to connect to your
company's Exchange mail server. Not all functions of the Outlook e-mail
client program are available through the web portal to your Exchange
account.

Put the .pst file to which you saved your old e-mails onto a CD, USB
thumb drive, floppy, or whatever removable media that you want that your
work host will support, take it to work, and use it to get the e-mails
into your Exchange account using the Outlook program on your work host.
Although you could use Outlook's File -> Export and Import menu to
import the new e-mails, it is better to simply use File -> Open to open
that .pst file as another message store inside of Outlook and then drag
the messages you want from your old message store into your new message
store. Then right-click on the old message store and Close it (so
Outlook won't try to connect to it and issue an error when you next
start Outlook but that old .pst file isn't around anymore).
