How do I transfer missing True Type Fonts from Office 2000 to Off.

I have recently purchased MS Office 2003 but find that most of the TT Fonts
available in the 2000 version are missing. How do I transfer these fonts so
that they will be available on my new PC? Where are these fonts stored?

LKJ,

Chances are, the fonts to which you are referring to, are probably installed with some other software and not office.

However, if you need to find them....the are most likely to be in this folder
c:\windows\fonts

To add to what TAJ said, PowerPoint just uses whatever fonts you have installed
in Windows. There is a set of fonts that gets installed with Windows and when
you install Office, a few more are installed in Windows. All others on your
previous system probably were installed with other software, or you installed
additional fonts available free for for purchase on the Internet.
