How do I transfer my entourage identity to outlook 2003?

Can anyone help me by telling me how to transfer my mac entourage (osx) to my
MS outlook 2003 program? Work is calling.... lol. Anyone?

more people familiar with Entourage, specifically. There are also some
Outlook newsgroups that might get you more targeted assistance.
