How do I transfer office XP from one computor to another or install on
another computor .

If Office came preinstalled it is an OEM version and you can not transfer it
to another computer...

Uninstall from the 1st computer then install on the 2nd computer and use the
telephone option to activate if you are unable to activate over the
internet...
