How do I transfer Office XP to my new Machine?

I've gotten a new computer and want to transfer Office XP
from the old machine to the new. How do I do that?

Put the CD in the CD drive and then wait for it to run
If you need to activate it and it says that it is already
activated use the telephone method and tell Microsoft what
you want to do
