how do I transfer PALM data to Outlook for the first time

I am trying to figure out how to transfer my palm data to outlook on my
computer for the first time. Can't seem to find an answer. Any help would be
appreciated.

What kind of synchronization software did you install? It would have to
come with/for the Palm.
