How do I transfer pictures from my computer to a memory card

I am trying to transfer pictures from the computer to a camera photo card.

I bought my mother a digital picture frame and I want to give her some
pictures to display.

You place the card in the media reader, on your PC, and copy pics in IE to
the card
Or place the card in your camera and use the camera software
