How do I trouble shoot table relationships in Access?

I am setting up a database for my Security Dept. This database has a table
for each type of incident that we respond to. How can I get these tables to
relate?

It sounds as though that should be one table for all incidents. You can
have a field to indicate the 'type of incident' it is.
