How do I turn off FINAL SHOWING MARKUP when I e-mail a Word docum.

When I finish with a Word doc, I always change FINAL SHOWING MARKUP to FINAL.
But then when I e-mail the doc, the recipient sees the document showing all
markups, which is embarrassing. What else do I need to do?

Changing the view does not remove the markup. You have to Accept All Changes
in Document.
