How do I turn off 'Protected Mode' in Outlook?

I am trying to import my contacts from Outlook using Facebook; I get an error
message saying 'there is a problem with your permissions; make sure you are
not in "protected mode."

Go to tools - Internet options, change to securty tab and there you can disable Protect Mode.
Be carefull you will be unprotected.
