how do i turn off "sticky fingers"?

once turned on, how do i turn it off. holding two keys down at same time is
no help. OS is XP. really ends keyboarding class:)

R. SHIFT for 8 seconds= FilterKeys on /off
L. ALT +L. SHIFT +PRINT SCRN= High Contrast on /off
L. ALT +L. SHIFT +NUM LOCK= MouseKeys on /off

SHIFT 5 times = StickyKeys on /off

NUM LOCK for 5 seconds =ToggleKeys on /off
Win Key+U = Open Utility Manager
