how do I turn off the "a program is trying to access address book.

I get this pop up and it only allows 10 minute user windows. It doesn't give
me the option to permenantly ignore and it is aggrivating every time I go to
send an email i have to go thru this pop up.

You can't turn that dialog off and you will need to find the program that is
triggering it. Since you failed to mention what version of Outlook you are
