How do I turn off the automatic browsing in Picture Manager

Every time I get on the Internet, any pictures or icons are automatically
saved in Microsoft Picture Manager. I want to turn that feature off.

Open Picture Manager, and then click Tools, File Types, and UNcheck all
the boxes.
