How do I turn off the Business Contact Manager Wizard which open every time I
open Outlook 2007

If you don't use BCM, why not uninstall it? ;-)

Thanks, but all the customer wanted to do was disable the wizard from asking
her to setup business contact manager.

Thanks, but all the cusotomer wants to do is disable the wizard window. I
will take remote control and try to disalbe it (I am in SC and the customer
is in AZ.)
