How do I turn off the filter key in WOrd?

I have accidently turned on the 'filter key' option in Word, and now it just
beeps when i press a key.

There is no such thing as a 'filter key' option in Word, but there is in
Windows. Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options | Keyboard tab.
